GreenYellow at the 2024 World Renewable Energy Championship!
GreenYellow France is proud to announce the second participation of its cycling team in the prestigious RES World Championship to be held in Vienne, Isère, on May 31 and June 1, 2024. Nine GreenYellow employees will be taking part in this international competition, symbolizing the Group’s commitment to sustainability.
The Renewable Energies World Race: a sporting challenge for sustainability
The Renewable Energies World Race is an international cycling race that promotes the use of renewable energies and sustainable development. Created in 2013, each year this competition brings together amateur and professional cyclists from all over the world for a demanding course through spectacular scenery.
The 2024 edition of the Renewable Energies World Race will take place from May 31 to June 1 in Vienne, France.
Beyond the sporting aspect, the Renewable Energies World Race is an opportunity to raise public awareness of the challenges of energy transition, and to promote sustainable solutions for a more environmentally-friendly future. The event showcases the innovation and know-how of players in the renewable energies sector, and encourages the development of more sustainable practices in everyday life.
A challenge in line with our values
The GreenYellow runners are about to take on a major challenge: a demanding course of over 100 km around Vienne, with a breathtaking view of Mont Pilat. This race will be an opportunity for them to demonstrate their team spirit, perseverance and passion for cycling.
