GreenYellow Austral supports the Innodis Group in its energy transition

As part of our solar #SHIFTProduction offer, our teams in Mauritius have installed 4 PV plants on various industrial sites, with a total installed capacity of 7.2 MWp.

Solar installations for green, local and economical energy production

These solar projects include two plants at Arsenal for Innodis Poultry, with a combined capacity of 4 MWp. Two other plants have been installed in the east of the island for Innodis Dairy and Poulet Arc En Ciel, producing 2 MWp and 1.2 MWp of electricity respectively. These new systems will generate 11.2 GWh of green, local and economical energy per year.

Positive environmental impact

Thanks to these innovative projects, the Innodis group will avoid the emission of 7,500 tonnes of CO2 each year, equivalent to the planting of 39,700 trees. This significant reduction in carbon emissions contributes not only to the fight against climate change, but also to improving air quality and the local environment in Mauritius.

Support for CEB’s CNIS program

As a gas pedal of energy transition, GreenYellow is committed to providing sustainable and innovative solutions to Mauritian businesses. Our partnership with the Innodis Group illustrates this commitment, promoting green energy and actively supporting regional decarbonization.

These initiatives, part of the Central Electricity Board’s (CEB) CNIS program, aim to support Mauritian industries in their energy transition. GreenYellow is thus positioned as a trusted ally, helping companies to reduce their carbon footprint and adopt sustainable practices.
