As part of its commitment to energy transition, GreenYellow Colombia presents the latest episode in the #HistoriasGY series, dedicated to its solar project for Tigo Colombia.
As part of our solar offer #SHIFTProduction, GreenYellow’s Colombian teams have installed solar panels over an area of 2,200 square meters, giving Tigo Colombia (Titanium) access to green, local and economical electricity.
This innovative solar installation, combining roofs and parking rooftops, is made up of 861 photovoltaic panels. Thanks to this initiative, an annual production of 669 MWh of clean energy is ensured, equivalent to the energy consumption of 370 Colombian households. In addition, the PV plants will prevent the emission of 337 tonnes of CO2 per year, making a significant contribution to reducing the carbon footprint.
