Gender equality in the workplace: what’s at stake and how can we achieve it?

Why is a policy of diversity and inclusion a means rather than an end to gender equity? The main aim of this conference, led by Valérie BOAS, is to raise participants’ awareness of inclusion and equality issues, and provide them with practical tools for action, all in a positive frame of mind.

After 25 years’ professional experience in the corporate world, Valérie is now a trainer and coach in diversity, inclusion and gender equality.

These two sessions will be led by Tiphaine LEPAGE, Purchasing Director for the GreenYellow Group, who is also in charge of Diversity and Inclusion issues.
