Project context
MAGAZINE LUIZA, has launched a distributed generation project to supply solar energy and better manage this resource in its retail network. The aim of the contract is to supply the Magalu retail chain with energy generated by plants in São Paulo, Goianésia, Caranara, and Florestópolis. The agreement also provides for the operation and maintenance of the plants. In addition to the economically attractive objective of reducing electricity bills, Magazine Luiza is also keen to promote CSR actions.
