A step further in Electric Mobility with "Watt. by RunCharge
GreenYellow Austral takes another step forward in its commitment to cleaner, more sustainable mobility.
With the launch of "Watt. by RunCharge", GreenYellow Austral is ushering in a new era in electric mobility in the Indian Ocean.
Strategic acquisition
In 2023, GreenYellow took a significant step forward by acquiring RunCharge, Reunion's first network of charging stations for electric vehicles powered via solar shading. This strategic acquisition enabled GreenYellow to combine its expertise in renewable energy and electric mobility, creating a "green" synergy in the region.
Acceleration of IRVE deployment
The grid-connected "Watt. by RunCharge" terminals complement the existing RunCharge network powered by solar shading systems.
With this launch, GreenYellow Austral goes one step further in accelerating the deployment of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities (IRVE ) on Reunion Island. By developing charging stations powered by both solar energy and the electricity grid, GreenYellow provides an innovative response to the constraints of its clients sites and the varied needs of users.
Strategic Diversification of Solutions #SHIFTMobility
This initiative marks a strategic diversification of GreenYellow's #SHIFTMobility solutions, reinforcing its position as leader in IRVE on Reunion Island. With over 100 charge points installed, divided between the "RunCharge" and "Watt. by RunCharge" brands, GreenYellow Austral offers a complete range of solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project.
What's more, by offering users a clear distinction between the different sources of power for charging stations, GreenYellow contributes to flexibility of use.
Committed to cleaner, more sustainable mobility
In addition to its commitment to technological innovation, GreenYellow affirms its desire to actively contribute to cleaner, more sustainable mobility. By meeting people's growing need for electric recharging, GreenYellow is fully committed to the global energy transition.
This operation actively contributes to the deployment of a network of charging stations across the island, making it easier for users to recharge their vehicles.
By diversifying its range of #SHIFTMobilitysolutions, GreenYellow is redefining sustainability and efficiency standards, offering a complete, scalable solution for greener mobility in the Indian Ocean. This acquisition will enable GreenYellow Austral to accelerate the deployment of IRVE projects.
