In 2024, Ardian increased its investment, acquiring 90% of GreenYellow\u2019s equity following the Casino Group&#8217;s sale of its remaining stake. The company continues to collaborate with its minority shareholders: BPI France, Tikehau Capital, and GreenYellow\u2019s management. This diverse shareholder base reflects key partners&#8217; confidence in and commitment to the company and its vision.
