Through its solution platform, GreenYellow addresses the key levers of the energy transition: energy efficiency, decentralized solar PV generation, energy storage and energy flexibility. GreenYellow manages the development, financing, construction and operation of projects, offering tailor-made, 100% financed solutions that enable clients to accelerate their projects without requiring upfront CAPEX.

These solutions help companies manage their energy consumption and costs, increase flexibility and strengthen their competitiveness, while accelerating their decarbonization journey.

With an international footprint, GreenYellow operates across four major regional hubs: Europe, South America, Austral and Southeast Asia. The Group continues to expand internationally, leveraging its industrial expertise and ability to deploy energy solutions tailored to its clients’ needs.

In terms of ownership, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance became shareholders of GreenYellow in 2018 to support its development. In 2022, Ardian became the majority shareholder of GreenYellow, initially holding approximately 75% of the company’s share capital, while Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance reinvested alongside Ardian.

In 2024, Ardian increased its stake and now holds 90% of GreenYellow’s share capital, following the sale by Casino Group of its remaining stake. Tikehau Capital, Bpifrance and GreenYellow’s management remain minority shareholders.

GreenYellow offers a decarbonization platform to support companies and local authorities in their energy transition. Our services, 100% funded by GreenYellow, include energy optimization, decentralized solar energy production, energy storage solutions and electric vehicle charging infrastructure solutions.
