So that you can browse our site with complete peace of mind, we, GreenYellow SAS, as data controller, explain how we collect, process and use your personal data, to bring you new services on a daily basis, while respecting your rights.
We protect your privacy by ensuring the protection, confidentiality, non-alteration, availability and security of the personal data you entrust to us on all our communication channels.
We take all necessary measures to :
- provide you with clear and transparent information on how your personal data will be collected and processed;
- implement all technical and organizational measures necessary to protect your personal data against disclosure, loss, alteration or access by unauthorized third parties;
- retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the specific processing or service;
- offer you the possibility of accessing and modifying your personal data at any time, which we process directly via your personal areas on our various sites.
To achieve these objectives, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that processing complies with the applicable law on the protection of personal data.

1.1 When do we collect your personal data?
Your personal data may be collected when you subscribe to our newsletter.
1.2 What personal information do we collect?
We collect the information you provide us as part of our commercial relationship, in particular when you request a quote, an appointment or information.
Information whose collection is strictly necessary to provide you with a service is indicated by an asterisk and generally concerns your surname, first name, e-mail address, landline or mobile telephone number, company name, job title and country.
We also collect personal information when you submit an unsolicited application or apply for a position we are seeking to fill.
In accordance with regulations, we do not collect data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic personal data, biometric personal data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, personal data concerning health or personal data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation physics.
These special categories of personal data are never collected or processed by GreenYellow.
2/ How do we use your data?
2.1 Management of our obligations towards our clients and prospects
Relationship management client and prospects
We use and store your personal information in order to update our clients and prospects files and to be able to respond as effectively as possible to your requests for appointments, quotes, information or newsletter subscriptions.
Communication with you
We collect and store your personal information so that we can communicate with you to best respond to your requests for appointments, quotes, information or newsletter subscriptions.
Legal or regulatory requirement
We may be required to disclose your personal data in response to legitimate requests from public communities, in particular to meet national security, anti-fraud or law enforcement requirements.
Other cases :
In all other cases, you will be informed of any processing that GreenYellow SAS intends to carry out.
2.2 Who receives your personal data?
We ensure that only authorized persons within GreenYellow SAS have access to your personal data when such access is necessary for the performance of our commercial relationship.
Our service providers may also receive personal data that is strictly necessary for the performance of the services we have entrusted to them (e.g. website referencing optimization, website development and maintenance).
2.3 Where is your personal data stored?
Data is stored in compliance with French legislation and European regulations.
If our service provider operates outside the European Union, we protect the confidentiality of your personal information and your rights by using the data protection clauses recommended by the European Commission.
Data retention periods comply with CNIL recommendations and/or legal requirements:

4/ Our data security measures
4.1 Our security and confidentiality commitments
Respecting your right to data protection, security and confidentiality is our priority.
GreenYellow SAS implements organizational and technical security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data to protect them against malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
When developing, designing, selecting and using our services that rely on the processing of personal data, GreenYellow SAS takes into account the right to the protection of personal data from the outset.
For example, we pseudonymize or anonymize personal data whenever possible or necessary.
As all personal data is confidential, access to it is restricted to GreenYellow SAS collaborators or service providers acting on behalf of GreenYellow SAS, who need it to carry out their duties. All persons having access to your data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may be subject to disciplinary measures and/or other sanctions if they fail to comply with these obligations.
Operations with third-party recipients are subject to a contract to ensure the protection of your personal data and respect for your rights.
We are fully committed to the effective protection of the personal data you entrust to us. As part of our ongoing concern for security and protection, we encourage you to exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, and to protect your terminals (computer, smartphone, tablet) against unwanted or even malicious access with a strong password, which we recommend you change regularly. If you share a terminal, we recommend that you log out after each use.

5/ Glossary
- “Anonymization” is defined as “the result of processing personal data in order to irreversibly prevent any identification [1]”;
- “Collect” refers to the gathering of personal data. This collection may be carried out, in particular, by means of questionnaires or online forms;
- “Consent”, your consent means any manifestation of free, specific, informed and unambiguous will by which you agree, by a declaration or by a clear positive act, that personal data concerning you may be processed;
- “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
- “Rights protecting your personal data”: refers to the set of fundamental rights as described in European regulations[2], covering:
- the right to information;
the right of access;
the right of rectification; - the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten ;
- the right to portability ;
- opposition rights ;
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of personal data after death.

- “Limitation of processing” means the marking of stored personal data, with a view to limiting their future processing[3] ;
- The term “minimization” is associated with the term “data” and refers to a limitation on the collection or use of information;
- “Data sharing” refers to the pooling of the clients or prospect databases of several partners;
- “Profiling”[4] is defined as “any form of automated processing of personal data which consists in using such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict factors concerning that natural person’s work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements”;
- “Products or services” means all products and services, including technological products and services (sites, applications and associated services) offered or to be offered by GreenYellow;
- “Commercial prospecting” is understood as the search for clients, and the fact that it is commercial means that it relates to trade[5] ;
- “Pseudonymization” refers to any technical and organizational security measure that consists in replacing an identifier in order to ensure that personal data is not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- The term “commercial relationship” covers all relations between GreenYellow ;
- “Controller” is the person or organization that, alone or jointly, determines the purposes and methods of processing your personal data;
- “Behavioral segmentation” uses information on observed behaviors to establish a person’s socio-economic or even psychological profile, in order to classify him or her in a segment;
- “Online services” refers to digital services offered by GreenYellow such as website, applications, associated services or mobile services;
” Sub-processor” is the party that processes personal data on behalf of the person, structure or organization responsible for the processing;
” Personal behavior tracking”, sometimes referred to as “profile deduction”, refers to techniques used to evaluate behavioral aspects of an individual in relation to his or her use of the Internet. - “Third Party” refers to any person other than GreenYellow and yourself;
- “Processing of personal data” means any operation or group of operations applied to your data, regardless of the online service medium in question and the process used.
