GreenYellow benefits from a solid shareholder structure that supports its strategy as a long-term operator owning and operating its energy assets.

Since October 2022, Ardian, a major player in the global infrastructure market, has held a 76% stake in GreenYellow. In 2024, Ardian increased its investment, acquiring 90% of GreenYellow’s equity following the Casino Group’s sale of its remaining stake. The company continues to collaborate with its minority shareholders: BPI France, Tikehau Capital, and GreenYellow’s management. This diverse shareholder base reflects key partners’ confidence in and commitment to the company and its vision.

Tikehau Capital is a global alternative asset management group. As at 30 September 2025, Tikehau Capital’s assets under management (AUM) totaled approximately €51.1 billion, reflecting sustained momentum in fundraising and investment. This figure is up from previous years.

The group has developed expertise in four main asset classes: private debt, real assets, private equity, and capital markets strategies. The group also has expertise in multi-asset strategies and value-added special opportunities.

Tikehau offers exclusive access to global investment opportunities through our worldwide network. We also have significant “skin in the game,” meaning we invest our own capital in our strategies.

In the 2025 financial year, Tikehau Capital recorded record net inflows of nearly 8 billion euros, driven mainly by international investors, bringing total assets under management to 52.8 billion euros at the end of December 2025.

The Group also presented a strategic review for the period 2026–2029 period, aimed at supporting sustained growth in capital raising, capital deployment and value creation for shareholders.

Tikehau Capital plays an active role in managing its share capital. Recent transactions involving treasury stock in February 2026 have strengthened the group’s financial structure.
