Governance & Leadership
Chaired by Otmane HAJJI, this committee brings together the Group’s top executives, representing both corporate functions and the main geographical areas where the Group operates.
The Executive Committee is the decision-making body responsible for defining GreenYellow’s strategic vision. It determines the Group’s major orientations, growth ambitions, required financial and operational resources, as well as the tools supporting the Group’s development.
The Executive Committee also ensures the effective execution of the growth plan, monitors the multi-year strategy, and guarantees alignment of actions across all levels of the organization. It embodies the unity of the Group and ensures that GreenYellow’s values and objectives are collectively shared and upheld.
Supported by corporate teams and local business units, the Executive Committee federates all collaborators around a common ambition: to make GreenYellow the player of reference in decarbonizing the energy needs of corporates and industries (C&I), across the continents where we operate.
