GreenYellow’s ‘Golden Rules’ for health and safety at work are communicated to and understood by all the company’s employees and its subcontractors, and are strictly adhered to. GreenYellow’s “golden rules” for workplace safety are understood and strictly followed by all company employees and subcontractors. These rules apply to everyone working at a GreenYellow site, whether in an office or on a construction site, anywhere in the world. The rules are based on systematic processes for identifying, assessing, and managing risks.

Change management

No technical or organizational changes may be made without prior formal authorization, in order to avoid any additional risk. At GreenYellow, we cannot accept that an injury should be caused by a foreseeable cause or by dangerous actions.

Authority to stop works

Any GreenYellow employee or subcontractor has the right—and the duty—to stop or refuse work that is dangerous, risky, and/or beyond their scope of expertise.
