Project context
AccorInvest, Europe’s leading hotel owner, investor and operator, has signed an agreement with GreenYellow, a major player in fast & ultra-fast charging for electric vehicles, to equip 266 charging points at 45 hotel sites located in France, in urban and suburban areas. This collaboration responds to the new needs of electromobilists, with the deployment of systems adapted to the uses and challenges of accelerating access to electric mobility for all.

- Contribute to the Group’s energy procurement strategy
- Deployment of fast and ultra-fast charging stations to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles by Group clients nationwide.
- Supply and installation of 2 to 4 160kW to 300kW electric charging points, plus 2 to 4 22kW electric charging points per site
- Charging as a service through various client billing options (contactless card, QR Code, mobile app)
- Supervision and maintenance of EV chargers on a 10 to 15-year lease
- Extra service for customers, with the option of ultra-fast charging
- A virtuous and exemplary image with clients
- Enhancing the value of parking spaces with a variable charge
