Solar photovoltaic client case study – CASTELGINEST
GreenYellow has completed its first agrivoltaic power plant in Castelginest (France), offering a complete solution for solar power plants in the agricultural sector.
Project context
The installation of panels improves agronomic potential, adaptation to climate change and protection against hazards, in combination with the production of electricity from renewable sources. The panels are mounted on rows of trackers spaced 15 metres apart to allow the passage of farm machinery. The project’s construction principle, with no stringers or bracing, is unique in France.
