Solar photovoltaic client case study – STMicroelectronics
STMicroelectronics is a world leader in semiconductors, whose clients cover the entire spectrum of electronic applications.
Project context

As part of its group-wide commitment to “carbon neutrality by 2027”, Franco-Italian electronic components manufacturer STMicroelectronics has covered the parking lot at its Grenoble site with Solar Carports. The production, which covers around 10% of the company’s electricity consumption, is the result of a collaboration between GreenYellow and Gaz Electricité de Grenoble. This step is part of a wider transformation of the site, which will have an impact right down to product design at this R&D site.
