GreenYellowthe leading producer of solar energy in the Indian Ocean, has confirmed its commitment to supporting Madagascar's energy transition by reducing its greenhouse gas emissions, by obtaining carbon accreditation for its Ambatolampy photovoltaic power plant. In addition to supplying 50,000 households with electricity after its 1st year of operation, the plant has avoided the emission of 25,000 tonnes of CO2, the equivalent of more than 15,000 round-trip flights between Paris and the Malagasy capital, Tananarive.
